Tip of the Week

Hyphenated names should not be entered into the Last Name field. Unless there is a wildcard option, (as in Oregon, Washington and Idaho Public Records). When not using the wildard option OPENonline recommends that you individually search each last name (i.e. “Michael Smith-Jones” would require a search “Michael Smith” and “Michael Jones”) .

The wildcard character in OPENonline is “@”.
